The following feature list isn’t comprehensive, but it gives you an idea of how PowerPoint compares across the Windows, Mac, Online, and mobile platforms. Both seem to have all the other options, Delay, Speed, Repeat, Rewind (with animations other than Appear), but no trigger option on the Mac.
